The METALSHIELD protective coating process is a three step finish consisting of a rust inhibiting primer, dipped E-coat electrostatic coating to insure total finish coverage and finally an outer powder coat finish for durabili ty. The METALSHIELD process is an OEM compatible finish providing the best corrosion protection over brands that use only powder coat on their products. Cheapest one by far and well built Would give it a 10+

Receive the item very quickly packaged very well in the original packaging, I put it on a 2 Wheel Dr 2008 ford f 150 long bed,fit like a dream looks l very rugged appears to be powder coated, I would use a floor jack to hold it in place while you're putting the Bolts in it, has 6 of them, I used a 19 Ratchet with socket and 19 mm wrench, Probably is about a 30 minute job if you keep after it. Use a piece of cardboard to lay on. Do not attempt to do this job if you do not have a floor jack or someway to hold it in place because it could mash your fingers I'm guessing the weight is at least 35 or 40 lb.
