This is the 3rd winch I have bought of this same model from Wal-mart and all 3 have burned up motors.This winch is not worth taking out of the store! Remember,(with a winch,you get what you pay for.) By the way,I have never overloaded this winch.And just as you can imagine anything (tool wise,motor wise,and etc. from Wal-mart just how good it might be.It was $70.00 plus tax at Wal-mart and I replaced it with a Champion Winch from Tractor Supply,for only a few more dollars,and it is 10 times the winch.So if I were you, I would not waste my money on this Master Lock Winch.

Use this on my ATV Plow works fine

I had this winch installed on my Kawasaki ATV along with a plow. I had to buy an additional switch control for the handle bar but it works fine.
Once I got the winch the instructions gave me a phone number to call and get the mounting bracket that matched my 4 wheeler. Simple process.
Nice product for a good price and strong brand, Master Lock.

pull almost anything

Great price on a little piece of equipment that no homeshould be without. Simple hookup and your ready to go. I moved two moterized Honda scooter from my celle with ease. What a back saver!
