Packaging

The packaging from Amazon consisted of slapping a label on the bare item and shipping it. This resulted in chipped powder coating when it got to my door. Very unsatisfied with the delivery.

Great product

I put it on by myself, only took about 30 minutes. It took longer to move muffler than it did to put on hitch.

Good hitch and a reasonable price

This is a quality product and is what I expected. It has instructions on the mfg website. I also found a you-tube video that shows how to install it on my 2012 GMC Acadia.
